What is the Email Q&A Service?
This service aims to answer your case-specific questions via email, providing you with budget-friendly alternative to a consultation.
All questions submitted via this service will be answered by a licensed CICC consultant.
Why order it?
The Email Q&A Service can be ordered if you have specific questions regarding your application to IRCC or to a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
Below are some examples of potential situations of when this service can be ordered:
- You are unsure how to respond to a question on a form.
- You would like to know which type of documents you would need to prove your work experience.
- I have been found ineligible to enter the Express Entry pool and do not understand why.
- Etc.
What is included in this service?
You will receive a e-mail response to your question(s).
To utilize this service, you will need to furnish us with a concise description of the circumstances surrounding your specific question(s).
The following is excluded from this service:
- Follow-up questions
- Representing and acting on your behalf for the submission of any application.

What happens after you place your order?
- You will receive in the email that you provided a Service Agreement that you will need to sign and send us back along with an ID document (passport, etc.). Failure to sign the Service Agreement or to submit the webform will result in a delay or in a cancellation and partial refund. Please see the Refund policy.
- After receipt of the signed Service Agreement, you will receive in the email provided a link to complete a webform with all relevant information to the Q&A Service.
- After submission of the webform, we will proceed with the Q&A Service and send you the Email Response.
When will you receive the Email Response?
The Email Response will be provided to you within 3 business days from the date we receive the question(s).
