Refund Policy

If applicable, a refund will be processed within 10 business days, using the original payment method, or as otherwise agreed upon.

In case of a signed contract between you and a Just For Canada Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (the “Service Agreement” or the “Initial Consultation Agreement”), the specific terms and conditions outlined in the Service Agreement or the Initial Consultation Agreement shall supersede this policy in case of any discrepancies.

1. GCMS Notes Services – Access to Information and Privacy Request Services (ATIP Services)

  • Refund request before ATIP request or requests submission: you are entitled to a full refund, minus administrative fees of CAD$10, when your order and payment have been processed and you request the refund before the filing of your Access to Information and Privacy request or requests on your behalf.
  • Refund request after ATIP request or requests submission: you are not untitled to a refund when you request the refund after the filing of your Access to Information and Privacy request or requests on your behalf.

2. Email Q&A Services – Immigration & Citizenship Consulting Services (ICC Services)

  • Refund request before Service Agreement signing: you are entitled to a full refund, minus administrative fees of CAD$20, when you request the refund in writing before the signing of the Service Agreement for Application Review Services.
  • Refund request before Services are rendered: you are entitled to a refund, minus administrative fees of CAD$20, for the value of the Email Q&A services not rendered before you request the refund in writing, in proportion to the agreed upon professional fees.
  • Refund request after Services are rendered: you are not entitled to a refund when you request the refund in writing after the Email Q&A services have been rendered.

3. Consultation Services – Immigration & Citizenship Consulting Services (ICC Services)

  • Refund request before Initial Consultation Agreement signing: you are entitled to a full refund, minus administrative fees of CAD$20, when you request the refund in writing before the signing of the Initial Consultation Agreement for Consultation Services.
  • Consultation cancellation and refund request more than 24 hours prior to agreed time: you are entitled to a full refund, minus administrative fees of CAD$20, when you cancel the consultation and request the refund in writing at least 24 hours prior to the agreed time of consultation.
  • Consultation cancellation and refund request less than 24 hours prior to agreed time: you are entitled to a 50% refund, minus administrative fees of CAD$20, when you cancel the consultation and request the refund in writing less than 24 hours prior to the agreed time of consultation.
  • No-show and no consultation cancellation prior to agreed time: you are not entitled to a refund when you do not cancel the consultation before the agreed time of consultation.
  • Refund request after consultation: you are not entitled to a refund when you request the refund in writing after the agreed time of consultation, regardless of the outcome of the consultation or any subsequent services provided.

4. Application Review Services – Immigration & Citizenship Consulting Services (ICC Services)

  • Refund request before Service Agreement signing: you are entitled to a full refund, minus administrative fees of CAD$50, when you request the refund in writing before the signing of the Service Agreement for Application Review Services.
  • Refund request before Services are rendered: you are entitled to a refund, minus administrative fees of CAD$50, for the value of the Application Review services not rendered before you request the refund in writing, in proportion to the agreed upon professional fees.
  • Refund request after Services are rendered: you are not entitled to a refund when you request the refund in writing after the Application Review services have been rendered.

5. Full Representation Services – Immigration & Citizenship Consulting Services (ICC Services)

  • Refund request before Service Agreement signing: you are entitled to a full refund, minus administrative fees of CAD$350, when you request the refund in writing before the signing of the Service Agreement for Full Representation Services.
  • Refund request before Services are rendered: you are entitled to a refund, minus administrative fees of CAD$350, for the value of the Full Representation services not rendered before you request the refund in writing, in proportion to the agreed upon professional fees.
  • Refund request after Services are rendered: you are not entitled to a refund when you request the refund in writing after the Full Representation services have been rendered.
  • Refund request of government processing fees and disbursements: you are not entitled to the refund of any government processing fees, expenses, or disbursements paid on your behalf.
