How The Express Entry Application Review Works

01

Choose Review Package

First step is to select your Application Review package and proceed with the payment. You will receive a Service Agreement to be signed and returned to us.

02

Provide Forms & Documents

For security and privacy reasons, we do not request or access your personal IRCC portal login credentials.

Instead, you will be asked to provide us with (i) screenshots of each completed section of your online application portal and (ii) copies of all supporting documents that have been uploaded or will be uploaded with your application.

03

Receive Review Report

Your Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) will carefully assess your application responses, all uploaded supporting documents, and the overall completeness and consistency of your file, ensuring everything complies with current Canadian immigration guidelines.

Within 3 to 7 business days (depending on the package chosen) of receiving your complete file, you’ll receive a detailed Review Report covering recommended corrections, risk flags, and strategic adjustments — giving you a clear path to strengthen your application before you submit.

04

Update Application

Once you receive our Review Report, you will make the suggested/required updates by yourself directly in your government portal.

Depending on the package you’ve chosen, you may also be entitled to follow-up questions by email or a consultation.

05

Submit Application

Once your final review is complete, you will log in to your personal government portal and submit your Express Entry application with the accuracy, compliance, and peace of mind of knowing it’s been reviewed by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do I need an Express Entry application review?

If you’ve received your ITA and are preparing to submit, a review gives you a professional check before you send it — catching missing documents, small errors, or red flags that could slow things down or trigger a refusal.

It’s especially worth it if you want reassurance from a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) rather than submitting on your own.

You will have to provide copies of all completed Express Entry forms, as well as all supporting documents you were planning to submit to IRCC (work experience, education, etc.).

No service can guarantee an immigration outcome, and any consultant who tells you otherwise isn’t being straight with you.

What we do guarantee is a thorough, professional review by a licensed RCIC that catches the errors and omissions that most commonly cause refusals or delays.

The Review Report is a clear, structured document that walks through your application the way a careful reviewer would, so nothing is left to guesswork. It opens with a snapshot of your profile and a summary of the main findings, so you can see where things stand before getting into the details. The report sections are the following:

  • Profile Overview
  • Findings Summary
  • Eligibility Review
  • CRS Score Review
  • Forms & Documents Review, organized by applicant:
    • Principal applicant
    • Spouse / partner (if applicable)
    • Dependents (if applicable)

Because the forms and documents section is organized by person, it’s easy to see what applies to whom. Where something needs attention, you’ll find recommended corrections and risk flags, so you know exactly what to update in your portal before you submit. The report is meant to be used, not just read, and it gives you a practical list of next steps for your file.

Turnaround depends on the package: 7 business days for Essential, 5 business days for Standard, or 3 business days for Premium.

The Essential package gives you the core review.

Standard adds one round of follow-up questions by email.

Premium adds a 60-minute live consultation with a regulated consultant to walk through the results and respond to your questions.
